Leonora Chagianni
CEO
Leonora Chagianni successfully achieved her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Democritus University of Thrace in 2010 and her Master of Law (LLM) in International Business and Commercial Law from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association following her admission in 2012 and has since worked in several reputable law firms and corporate service providers before establishing her own, Leonora Chagianni & Co LLC.
Leonora is the founder and managing partner of the Company and has immense experience in the fields of corporate and commercial law, immigration law, equity and trusts, banking etc. Her expertise extends to corporate re-structuring, mergers & acquisitions, incorporation and management of funds, etc.
Sophia Stylianou
Legal Consultant
Sophia Stylianou was awarded her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Surrey in 2013 and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2014. She furthered her studies having successfully completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the BPP University in Birmingham, United Kingdom in 2017, with which she is currently undertaking her Masters Degree focused in Business Management, Strategy and Finance.
Sophia is an associate of Leonora Chagianni & Co LLC since 2017. As a qualified solicitor she has gained valued experience in corporate and commercial law, equity and trusts law and immigration law procedures and applications.
Anastasia Sarkisian

Anastasia Sarkisian received her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Kent in 2012 and upon completion she continued her studies and obtained her Master of Law (LLM) in International Commercial Law from the University of Sussex, United Kingdom. Anastasia was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2017 and appointed secretary of the Young Bar Association for young lawyers and trainees of Cyprus since 2016.
She is an associate of Leonora Chagianni & Co LLC since 2018 and a valuable asset to the team with knowledge and experience in company and commercial law, immigration law procedures and applications, European Union law and labor law.
Michalis Parides
Junior Legal Consultant
Michalis Parides obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, in 2017. Subsequently, he acquired his Master of Laws degree (LLM) in International Corporate Law from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, in 2018. Upon completion, he continued his studies in Moscow and obtained his Russian Language diploma from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
Michalis is a junior associate at Leonora Chagianni & Co LLC since 2019 and has been actively involved in corporate and commercial transactions and gained experience in immigration law procedures and applications as well as equity and trusts law. He is currently undertaking his bar license examinations with the Cyprus Bar Association.
